Tyneham House is a serene folk gem, first issued in 2018 as part of the output of the British instrumental duo of the same name. Chordophonal waltzes and soul-quelling melodic progressions make this an album almost impossible not to relax to. The album is inspired by the story of Tyneham, a now abandoned “ghost village” in Dorset that was evacuated during World War II and never saw true re-habitation.
