Description
2021 repress, 2×12″ LP, Paranoid London. White vinyl.
It’s testament to the timeless nature of Paranoid London’s self-titled 2014 debut album that it continues to be periodically reissued on vinyl. This is not the first represss, but it is undoubtedly one of the nicest yet, with the jacking, machine-driven double album now being presented on brilliant white vinyl. If you don’t own the album on vinyl already it’s well worth picking up, with the numerous TB-303 and TR-909-heavy highlights including the sweat-soaked opener ‘Light Tunnel’, the ghetto booty influenced ‘Headtrack’, two killer collaborations with Paris Brightledge (‘Paris Dub 1’, ‘Paris Dub 3’) and the ‘Acid Trax’ style madness of ‘Machines Our Coming’. – Juno
